What’s the Difference Between Bachelor of Arts and or Bachelor of Science?
Both undergraduate degree programs take four years to complete. The main difference is the coursework required to complete each degree. Bachelor of Science degrees tend to focus on technical and scientific areas such as computer science, nursing, mathematics, biochemistry and physics. Bachelor of Arts degrees typically require fewer credits than a BS and they’re focused on fields such as English, art, music, modern languages and communication.
