Who is a Re-entry student?

Any student who has not attended Saint Leo University for 7 terms or more (1 full academic year or more out of Saint Leo University classes) are considered “Re-entry” students. There are different Re-entry Types and personnel who assist returning students so for assistance with determining your re-entry status, please click on the inquiry form link below.

Re-entry Process

Our re-entry specialist will guide you through each of these steps to ensure you have a smooth transition returning to school. If you have questions, never hesitate to ask. In order to enroll again, the following may be required:

  • Speak with a re-entry specialist. The specialists will assist you in getting the steps completed to return to your studies. They will contact you to set up an academic meeting to discuss your status as a returning student. This will be done by providing individualized assistance through a series of inquiries to better assess your needs as well what Saint Leo University needs from you to get you started.
  • You may need to complete the Application Change form in order to reactivate your program status. Please ensure completing the appropriate change type given to you by the re-entry specialist, entering anything will delay the process.
  • If you have an outstanding balance, please make payment and review options with the Student Financial Services at 800-240-7658 or sfs@saintleo.edu. You cannot register or begin classes without paying your balance.
  • For financial aid inquiries, please contact the Student Financial Services Office at 800-240-7658 or sfs@saintleo.edu. If you have VA questions, please visit our Veteran Services page.
