Florida
To register to vote in the State of Florida, individuals must complete a voter registration form. This must be completed and submitted via US mail to your county supervisor of elections at least 29 days before the election in which you wish to vote.

California
The State of California provides its voter registration form online and must be completed and mailed to:

Georgia
Voter registration forms along with instructions and additional information for the State of Georgia may be found online at the Georgia Secretary of State Elections Division.
Completed forms must be mailed to your county voter registration office.
Mississippi
The Mississippi voter’s registration form may be found online at the Mississippi Secretary of State website.
Forms should be mailed to your county election registrar office at least 30 days prior to the election in which you would like to vote.
South Carolina
The voter registration forms for South Carolina may be found online at the South Caroina Secretary of State website.
This form must be completed and submitted to your county board of voter registration at least 30 days prior to the election in which you wish to vote.

Texas
In order to register to vote in the State of Texas, you must complete a voter registration form and mail it to your county voter registrar. The form must be mailed at least 30 days prior to the election in which you wish to vote.

Virginia
Residence of Virginia may complete a voter registration form online. Once completed the form must be mailed to your county or city voter registration office. A listing of voter registration offices is provide in the application.
