If you have questions about financial aid or your student account, please call Student Financial Services toll-free at (800) 240-7658 to speak with a Student Financial Advisor. Student Financial Advisors are available by phone Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm ET.
Student Financial Advisors can assist you with many things, including:
- FAFSA questions
- Determining financial aid eligibility
- Completing required forms
- Student account payments
- Balance inquires

Student Financial Support Center
The Student Financial Support Center assists students and staff with many financial services offered by Saint Leo University. The main services provided at the Student Financial Support Center are:
- Issue photo IDs
- Clarify charges on student accounts
- Collect payments on student accounts
- Sell commuter student meal plans
- Advise students regarding financial holds
- Assist students with student health insurance
- Provide support regarding student refund through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.
- Troubleshoot payment plans
Appointments for University Campus Students
Student Financial Services is committed to our mission to provide excellent customer service to our community. To keep everyone safe and healthy, Student Financial Support has moved to appointment only visits. For convenience, we have launched an online booking page to make appointments online from anywhere! Simply go to our online booking page, select the type of appointment you need, and select a date and time that works best for you. You even have the option to select if you would like the appointment to take place in-person, via zoom, or by phone.
University Campus students are welcome to visit the Student Financial Support Center in person. While on campus, students and staff can visit the Student Financial Support Center on the first floor of Saint Edwards Hall. Student Financial Advisors are available for in-person office appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm ET.
