Guests asked to reserve seats for popular annual concert
The community near University Campus is invited to attend one of the four performances of "A Saint Leo Christmas," the annual holiday musical event featuring student performing groups.
Shows will be presented at 4 p.m. and at 7 p.m., Wednesday, November 28, and again at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. the following day, Thursday, November 29. The shows will be held in the Black Box Theatre, in Benedictine Hall, at the west end of the campus, 33701 County Road 52, St. Leo, Florida, 33574.
Because seating is limited, reservations are required, and can be made by emailing collegeofartsandsciences@saintleo.edu. Admission is free but suggested donations of $10 per person would be appreciated to support the growing music program.
Groups performing will include the Saint Leo Singers, the Saint Leo Chamber Singers, the a cappella group TABS (for tenors, altos, basses, and sopranos), the Saint Leo Strings, and the Saint Leo Rhythm Machine. The audience will be treated to a selection of traditional carols and popular songs of the holiday season.
"A Saint Leo Christmas" is produced by the College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Language Studies and the Arts.
Additional questions about the show may be directed to Tania Frost at tania.frost@saintleo.edu or (352) 588-8294.
