The LEAD Scholars Program isn't just a scholarship; it's a journey that involves comprehensive leadership development, reflection, and a close-knit community of like-minded individuals. With a limited cohort of 10 students per class, this program provides a $1,000 annual scholarship along with a practical, effective model for leading in today’s challenging world.
To be eligible for this prestigious program, students must display strong leadership capabilities and align with Saint Leo University's core values. For incoming first-year scholars, a minimum unweighted high school GPA of 2.9 is required. Continuing students need to maintain a GPA of at least 2.7 and be in good judicial standing to continue to benefit from the program every year.
As a LEAD Scholar, mentorship is key—you will have the opportunity to connect with both peers and staff leaders, and to find your place within the expansive array of campus involvement areas. This program is your chance to grow not just academically, but also as a proactive, resilient leader.
