Lance Randall has had a wide-ranging career both playing and coaching basketball in the United States and abroad. He spent four successful seasons coaching the Saint Leo basketball team from 2011-2015. After leaving for another job, he quickly realized he missed the tightknit Saint Leo University community and opportunity to coach in the highly competitive Sunshine State Conference (SSC) at the Division II level. That is why he returned to Saint Leo in 2019, and he has brought back much of the success his men’s teams enjoyed during his first stint at the helm of the Lions.
