The Campus Activities Board (CAB) plans on and off campus events for all students to participate in and enjoy. Student leaders receive a scholarship and have the opportunity to participate in a Regional Conference!
The Campus Activities Board is made up of the following positions:
Executive Board
- President — Oversees all CAB operations, leads the board, and drives the vision for campus programming.
- Vice President — Supports the President in overseeing CAB operations, helps coordinate board initiatives and meetings, and ensures all committees and events run effectively and collaboratively.
- Secretary — Maintains meeting agendas, attendance, and official records, while managing communication and administrative responsibilities within CAB.
Programming Teams
- Cultural & Arts — Brings creative and cultural experiences to campus through events celebrating art, music, film, performance, and the diverse backgrounds of our student community.
- Weekend & Late Night — Keeps campus life alive after hours by planning fun, safe, and memorable events that give students a reason to stay and connect.
- Seasonal Events — Responsible for CAB's beloved recurring events, from fall kickoffs to spring celebrations, honoring campus traditions while keeping them fresh each year.
- Signature Experiences — Creates standout, large-scale moments that define the campus experience — from major concerts and speakers to events that actively draw students into campus life.
- Marketing & Multimedia — Drives awareness of everything CAB does through compelling visuals, social media, and multimedia storytelling.

Get Involved
Students can get involved with CAB by becoming a member of the CAB Committee. A committee member works closely with the CAB E-Board in the planning process — from selecting performers or services to doing all the behind-the-scenes work that brings an event to campus. The CAB Committee meets once a month with the E-Board to discuss upcoming events and sign up to volunteer.
The President is selected by the advisor through an interview process. The remaining E-Board positions are selected by the President and advisor through interviews as well. Our best advice? Stay involved with CAB and learn the ropes!
