LEAD – Leading, Engaging, Achieving, Developing The LEAD Leadership program is a four year structures experience designed to cultivate a well-rounded leader vis hands-on learning opportunities, organizational involvement, and academic instruction.
There are several ways to get involved with the program. There is currently a minor and certificate track. To accomplish the minor, you must complete six courses or to obtain the certificate in leadership, you must complete 4 courses.
In addition to these courses, there are also leadership workshop programs offered every month that do not require enrollment in the program to participate.

Leadership Toolkit Series Where resources will be dropped in your club and organization mailboxes twice a month
Leadership Workshop Series Monthly workshops presented prior to SGU meetings to build our student leadership on campus

President’s Circle The purpose of the President's Circle is to recognize the outstanding leadership efforts of those seniors who have made a significant contribution to Saint Leo University by integrating their personal leadership abilities and serving out the Benedictine values set forth by the University. Society for Leadership and Success The Society is an organization that helps students discover and achieve their leadership goals. Also known by their Greek Letters, Sigma Alpha Pi, this organization offers access to many lectures from the nation’s leading presenters.
