All tests are administered during the regularly scheduled date/time of the class, unless otherwise approved by the professor in writing to the ODS. Students are required to sign up for their exam at least 48 hours in advance. Students can sign up by emailing adaoffice@saintleo.edu, calling (352) 588-8464 or by stopping by Room 207 in the Student Activities Building. All students must adhere to the policies of the Testing Center:

1. Students must remind the instructor at least 1 week in advance of the exam to submit a copy of the exam to the ODS.
2. Students must sign up with the ODS at least 48 hours in advance of the test.
3. Students who do not present for their scheduled test within 15 minutes of the appointment will be asked to reschedule.
4. Students who present for their scheduled test less than 15 minutes late will be given the exam but the exam time will begin when the exam was scheduled.
5. Students are only permitted to use the allotted time as outlined on their Letter of Accommodation.
6. Personal items are not permitted in the Testing Center. This includes, but is not limited to, cell phones, electrical devices (i.e. ipods), baseball caps, and coats/sweaters.
7. No food or drink is permitted in the Testing Center.
8. The ODS staff will monitor any breaks during the test.
9. The Testing Center is monitored by the ODS staff. Any student found cheating will be required to stop testing, the exam will be collected by the ODS staff and the instructor will be notified.
10. Students found cheating will forfeit access to the Testing Center for the remainder of the semester.
