Process:

• First, you will need to contact your local VA Office and meet with a vocational rehabilitation counselor.
• Once your counselor determines that you are eligible for benefits, he/she will then forward an Authorization and Certification of Entrance or Reentrance into Rehabilitation and Certification of Status (Form 28-1905) to your Saint Leo VA Representative at
