Student/Employee IDs

Saint Leo University student ID cards are used all over campus for various reasons. Our ID cards determine who can enter certain buildings, are used at the Dining Hall for meals, must be presented at Financial Aid or Trane Stop when receiving services and are used to access your patron account at the Cannon Memorial Library. Our ID cards can be loaded with “Monarch Money” and used for purchases at the Lion’s Liar and the Follet Bookstore on campus.

With that said, it is obvious how important student IDs are for our students. So we encourage incoming students to submit their photo for an ID in advance. This allows us to have the ID ready for you upon your arrival to campus and helps keep down long lines at Trane Stop.

International Services

Photo submission is easy. All it takes a one quick email to id.cards@saintleo.edu. When submitting your photo you must provide the following information:

  • Full Legal Name
  • Student ID number
    • If you do not have your Student ID number yet, you can include the last 4 of your social security number. We do not need your full social. Please do not include it in your email.
  • Date of Birth
  • Campus you are attending
  • Please specify if you will be commuting or if you will be living on campus.

Then attach a photo of yourself in a .jpeg format. Photos must have a plain background and be somewhat similar to a passport photo. We will not use photos where the student is wearing sunglasses, hats, hoodies or other attire around the head. We also will not use photos where any vulgar or gang related images or gestures are depicted.
