We are committed to offering you a wide variety of options with flexible hours at every meal. In addition to a variety of beverages, we offer an extensive salad bar, pizza w/daily specials, and a “sweet” selection of desserts!

Student Community Center
Dining hall is located on the ground floor.

Acceptable mean of meal payment include: Meal plans; Bonus Bucks, Lions Loot, currency, checks and credit cards. The menu features specialty home cooked and cooked to order selections on the Mongolian grill, deli sandwiches, grilled items, classic line, vegetarian line, pizzas, breakfast, salad, and dessert bar. A full breakfast menu is available with your choice of omelets prepared to order. New for Fall 2014 — Los Pollos Station!

Typically, the dining café offers three or four entrees at each meal as well as a wide variety of deli, grill, vegetarian and vegan options. A lively atmosphere pervades the whole café where it is great fun to eat or just hang out! If you have a specific request or idea - seek out your dining room manager, and/or call Ext. 6409. We are always looking for new and exciting products and recipes to enhance your dining experience.

On April 29th the Dining Hall will go to modified hours for Seniors, Faculty and Staff only.

The Dining Hall will close after lunch at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 2nd.

The Dining Hall will reopen for summer hours on May 4th for Lunch only, Monday-Friday from 11:30am-1:00pm

(Student meal plans are not in effect)

(Cash, credit, monarch money, & faculty staff meals accepted)

The Lion’s Lair will have the following modified hours:

Wednesday, April 22nd 10:00am – 8:00p.m.
Thursday, April 23rd and Friday, April 24th 10:00am – 9:00p.m.
Saturday, April 25th 11:00am- 9:00p.m.
Sunday, April 26th 11:00am- 8:00p.m.
Monday, April 27th and Tuesday, April 28th 10:00am- 2:00p.m.

Scheduled Closings
Dining Services closes several times each year, coinciding with holiday breaks on the academic calendar. During these closings, limited services will be offered by Student Involvement and Residence Life.

This year, Dining Services will be closed during the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Break November 22nd - 29th, 2014
Christmas Break December 14th, 2014 - January 11th, 2015
Spring Break March 14th - 22nd, 2015

Lion's Lair
Located upstairs from the dining hall on the main floor of the Student Community Center. The Lion’s Lair is an ideal spot to take a break from your day and share a meal with friends or grab a quick bite to eat and be on your way. Our menu is designed to provide high-quality, fresh food options in a friendly, convenient atmosphere. We are your one-stop food shop! Need toothpaste or items you might find at a convenience store? Stop by the Lion's Lair first before you make an unnecessary trip to a store!

On The Run - rotating menu of popular grab-and-go items like sandwiches, Hamburgers, Fries, Cheese Sticks, Wraps, Salads, Fruit and Cheese, Fresh Fruit Cups, and Veggies & Dip.

Regular Lion's Lair Hours during the academic year:

Mon - Thurs  Lunch & Dinner  10:00am-12:00am

Fri -Sun   Lunch & Dinner  11:00am-11:00pm

Late night equivalency meal:

Mon-Thurs  8:30pm - 10:00pm ONLY for students on the unlimited meal plan.
