University Speaker Series Kicks Off Fall in “Style,” Motown Concert Follows Next Day

Saint Leo University offers two free cultural events to the public the week of October 7, 2013 at University Campus.

  • The 2013-2014 University Speaker Series opens with a guest lecture, “Sneakers, Style, And Overseas Apparel Factories,” from author and activist Jim Keady, at 7 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, in the Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms of the Student Community Center.
  • A faculty and student concert “Fall into Song,” featuring the music of Motown, will be presented at 7 p.m., Thursday, October 10, in the Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms of the Student Community Center.

University Campus is located at 33701 State Road 52, in the town of Saint Leo, four miles east of Interstate 75 (Exit 285). Admission and parking are free, and parking is always available in the campus garage.
