April 19, 2013

Dr. Monika Kiss, associate professor of mathematics at University Campus, has been named one of 10 finalists in a contest conducted by the website Best Colleges Online to identify the “2013 Online College Professor of the Year.” Nominated by the Center for Online Learning, Dr. Kiss has received excellent evaluations from students consistently in the eight years she has been teaching mathematics online for Saint Leo.

The final winner will be determined by a tally of votes cast at the Best Colleges Online website by midnight, April 28, at this contest page where Dr. Kiss and fellow nominees are profiled.

Voting is open to everyone, but each person is limited to only one vote. A vote is valid only if it includes the voter's full first and last name and a valid email address. The nominee who wins the 2013 Online College Professor of the Year contest receives recognition and a check for $1,000.
