Culinary Match Creates Exciting, Tasteful Competition

Sodexo, Saint Leo University’s food-service contractor at the main
campus, works hard to deliver a choice of tasty, healthy meal
options at the campus dining hall. To spice things up recently, the
staff held a timed cooking competition during the dinner hour.
Students watched as their chefs whipped up entrees of their
choosing, evaluated by a panel of dining hall regulars from the
university administration and faculty. The winning chefs received
trophies and bragging rights, while the diners savored a special
dessert: strawberry shortcake with raspberries and additional
flavors.
