University Campus is pleased to share with its community and neighbors the gifts of song and prose, with a student choral concert on Monday and an acclaimed new novelist’s visit on Tuesday.

Monday evening, March 4, two student groups will present an evening of music from favorite Disney films, including Mulan, The Princess and the Frog, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, High School Musical, Brave (produced by Pixar), Tarzan, The Lion King, and more. The concert will take place in the Student Community Center Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms at 7 p.m.

Tuesday, March 5, Wiley Cash (pictured), author of The New York Times best-selling novel A Land More Kind Than Home, will read from his work and speak at 7 p.m., in the Daniel A. Cannon Memorial Library. A Land More Kind Than Home is a literary thriller set in a small town in North Carolina. It attracted critical acclaim and has been released recently in paperback.

Both events are free and open to the public.

Parking is readily available in the new campus garage and in surface lots. University Campus is located at 33701 State Road 52 in the east Pasco County town of Saint Leo, four miles east of Interstate 75 (Exit 285).
