Corpus Christi Education Center to Hold Commencement

Saint Leo’s Corpus Christi Education (TX) Center will host its commencement ceremony for 2014 in the Wings Auditorium of Naval Air Station Corpus Christi at 7 p.m. (local time), Friday, June 27.

Guest speaker William J. Lennox, Jr. (pictured), retired U.S. Army lieutenant general and friend of the university, will deliver the commencement address to nearly 50 graduates.

Most graduates will receive Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Arts degrees. Four students will receive Bachelor of Science degrees, in either computer information systems or health care administration. Jimmy Bailey, who earned his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice/homeland security, and John Munoz, who earned his Bachelor of Arts in business administration/management, were selected to deliver farewell addresses. Nathan Madrid, class of 2001, will deliver the alumni welcome, and lead the turning of the tassels.
