Events & Activities

Every day of the week, you'll find something going on at Saint Leo.

The student-run Campus Activities Board plans programs both on and off campus, including formals, lectures, stand-up comedy, concerts, professional sporting events, and much more. Most events are free or just $5.

Get Cultured

Head down to Dade City for First Thursdays live music. Catch the next hot singer-songwriter at Coffee in the Courtyard, featuring free refreshments and a touring live act. Sing along to musicals like Wicked, Beauty and the Beast and Sweeney Todd at the Lakeland Center.

Eat Up

You're never too old for snack time, so treat yourself to free popcorn and pop every Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Student Activities Building or drop in for our mouthwatering cookies and conversation program. Don't forget to expand your palate and mind at Food for Thought, a monthly dinner at a local restaurant, hosted by a Saint Leo faculty or staff member. Past dining picks have included Japanese, Middle Eastern and Ethiopian cuisine, a mom and pop Italian spot, and even a piano bar for Valentine's Day.

Root for the Home Team

Show your Tampa Bay pride by cheering on the Lightning (NHL), Buccaneers (NFL) and Rays (MLB). Venture further from campus, and check out the Orlando Magic at the 20,000-seat Amway Center, or a football game at the Citrus Bowl stadium.

Have an Adventure

Scare yourself silly at Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights, or take a trip to Busch Gardens or Walt Disney World's many theme and water parks.

Put on Your Game Face

Play bingo at our monthly match that's so wildly popular, attendance is usually standing-room-only. Warning: With prizes like iPads and movie passes, competition gets fierce.

Celebrate Good Times

Dress up and dance the night away at the Winter Formal. Go to a lakeside, luau-style BBQ. Share the joys of Saint Leo with your loved ones at Fall Family Festival. Enjoy snow cones, funnel cake, carnival rides, DJs and live music at the annual Spring Fling.
