Transcript Requests

Download a transcript request form. Complete and submit a separate form for each address to which you are sending copies. Send all completed forms—along with $7 for each transcript, and an additional charge of $32 for overnight request(s)—to:

Diploma Requests

You may purchase additional diploma copies. The fee for each diploma is $30, including mailing costs. Orders take approximately two weeks.

The Saint Leo University Alumni Association offers members special discounts and money-saving opportunities through various affinity partners.

• GEICO: Members in many states are eligible for a discount on their car insurance when they insure with GEICO. Make sure to mention your group affiliation when you call GEICO at (800) 368-2734 for your free rate quote, or, visit Saint Leo's portal to GEICO Online.

Application Fee Waiver

As an alumnus or alumna, you can encourage qualified students to apply to undergraduate programs at our University Campus, and offer to waive the student's application fee. Simply download and complete the Admissions Application Fee Waiver form and have the student include it with his or her application.

Lions' Pride Florida License Plates

1. Download a State of Florida Application for Replacement License Plate form. Fill out all highlighted areas, print form, and sign to complete.
2. Download and complete a Saint Leo University Affidavit form.
3. Copy vehicle owner's drivers license and current vehicle registration.
4. Fax all four documents to (352) 588-8293, or mail to:
