What one thing I think every new student should know: College is not the same as high school so you'll need to adjust accordingly when it comes to balancing it all.

Sydni Tiesler

Sophomore
Hometown: San Antonio, Florida
Studying: Health Care Management; Human Resources minor
What I love the most about Saint Leo: I enjoy the sense of community that Saint Leo provides. The smaller class sizes allow me to build bond and connections with my professors instead of being just a number in a classroom. I love the ability to meet people from all around the world.
Things to know about me: I am a part of Theta Phi Alpha Fraternity on campus. I worked as a student worker at University Technology Services my freshman year of college. I enjoy dancing, tennis, and playing any type of sports. I love the water, fishing, and boating. I also love traveling and being adventurous. I love always trying new things.  After I get a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management, I would like to go to nursing school and get a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Nursing and work as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. I would also like to finish an MBA in Business Management at Saint Leo University.
What one thing I think every new student should know: To get involved as much as possible, but not too involved where you have too much to juggle. The best decision I made at Saint Leo was to get involved on campus with clubs, working on campus, and being in an organization.
