Types of Aid

Saint Leo University graduate students may be eligible for the following types of aid:

  • Unsubsidized Loans: A financial aid award that must be repaid with interest. Offered based on financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Scholarships: A form of merit-based aid that does not have to be repaid, and is based on an eligibility factor outside of, or in addition to, financial need. Saint Leo does not offer graduate scholarships, but students are encouraged to explore outside scholarship opportunities.

Apply for Aid

Getting the financial backing you need for your education starts here. Complete the steps as soon as possible to ensure payment arrangements are in order before your first term.

You will also need to complete a Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling for unsubsidized Stafford loans. Your aid will not disburse without these components. Please visit the Loan Process page for detailed information.
