How do I apply?

Graduate, transfer and international students may also apply online.


Can I take courses online?

Yes, through our Distance Learning Program and Center for Online Learning you will find a variety of majors to choose from that allow you to take classes at the location and time of your convenience.


Is Saint Leo a public or private institution?

Saint Leo is a private, liberal arts university founded in 1889 and is Florida's oldest Catholic institution of higher education.


How can I find a phone number for a specific office, department, faculty or staff member?

You can find a complete listing of all departments and faculty and staff member phone numbers by clicking here.


How can I request a transcript?

You may request a transcript by filling out the transcript request form. There is a $5 fee for each official transcript. The fax number to request transcripts is (352) 588-8390.

Each request must contain the student's name, Social Security number, and the following specific information:

  • The program in which you were enrolled
  • When you attended
  • If you graduated
  • Your graduation date
  • The number of transcripts you want
  • Where they are to be sent
  • Phone number (so we may contact you, if necessary).


How do I order a replacement/duplicate diploma?

Replacement/duplicate Saint Leo University diplomas are available to all Saint Leo College and University graduates. To order a replacement/duplicate Saint Leo University diploma, send a written request to:

How do I order an Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verifications can be ordered by completing the online order process via the my.saintleo.edu Portal in e-Lion. The completed form will be returned directly to the lending institution. If there is no address for the lending institution then the form will be returned to the student.

If you do not have an e-Lion account you must request an enrollment verification by fax or mail.
